6 Maarama Crescent Aro Valley, Wellington City

A prime Wellington location and a large villa with plenty of history, the perfect recipe for your next project or the ideal location to knock over and start again?

Yes this house has history, with the last 50 years including tenancies from a boarding house to a half-way house! But with excellent views over the city and harbour to the surrounding hills, great sun, an easy stroll to Aro Street, Town, the Universities or Brooklyn and nearby access to the Motorway, the location is exceptional and its future looks bright.

With 14 bedrooms, two lounges, three toilets and some dubious kitchens, bathrooms and other rooms, the potential is huge! For more photos go to open2view.com ref#426267
