I have come to Real Estate after a successful career as a primary school teacher.

I first had to do my compulsory country service at Makomako School in the Wairarapa, then taking on the responsibility of  "Infant Mistress" at Strathmore Park school, relief teaching at various Wellington schools, and finally as Senior Teacher at Newtown School working with new entrants, the reading recovery program, and with children for whom English was a second language.

I have worn many other part-time hats during my working life - as a theatre usher, hotel receptionist, waitress, barmaid, motel cleaner, charity fundraiser, and volunteer at Ronald McDonald house. I loved all those part-time jobs that I have been fortunate enough to have experienced as they gave me the opportunity to develop many skills and to meet and work alongside people from varied backgrounds and diverse cultures.

Originally our name was LEADERS, then we became REMAX LEADERS and now we are RAY WHITE LEADERS. So despite the name changes, we are the same company offering the same great service. During those years I earned many awards and the most memorable ones were being inducted into the REMAX International Hall of Fame and receiving the award for two years running in Las Vegas.

I am fortunate to have my husband Gordon support me in my work and patiently assist me as extra security at open homes, putting up the For Sale and Sold signs, and delivering fliers advertising each home.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE REAL ESTATE. To me, it is a privilege to be entrusted with the marketing and sale of a property, and I enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of finding someone a place to call home.
SOLD is my favourite 4 letter word!
